Leviton's 15-Minute Countdown Timer Switch features 5 buttons offering preset time options of 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes, along with a manual off button. Designed to work with existing wiring, this switch can easily replace a standard switch, providing added convenience and energy savings. The slim depth of the switch allows for an easier fit in the wall box, while the interchangeable line and load wires help prevent miswiring. The switch also includes a Green Flex Sleeve that can connect to a ground wire, or to a neutral wire when the sleeve is removed.

The appearance of the switch complements interior spaces and is compatible with other Decora devices. Users can easily change the colors of the switch by using DTKIT faceplates available in white, ivory, light almond, gray, black, and brown. Ideal for lighting in pantries, closets, and other small spaces, it is not recommended for controlling the only light source in an area. For optimal performance, the switch should be used with a Decora Wallplate and Decora Plus Screwless Wallplate, which are sold separately.

The Decora Countdown Timer Switch is single-pole and can handle various loads, such as 600W LED/CFL, 1800W Incandescent/Halogen, 1200VA Magnetic Low Voltage/Electronic Low Voltage/Fluorescent, ½ HP/9.8 Amp Fan/Motor, and 15A Resistive load. Available in white, this switch is convenient for automating fan/motor loads and lights with its four preset time buttons. Users can easily press to turn on and the switch will automatically turn off when the set time expires.
