Problems may not be with the chime

A doorbell system consists of 4 parts - a doorbell chime, a push button, a transformer, and the wiring, which are all connected together (see wiring diagrams below). If there is an issue with the chime, it may or may not be the cause. See below under "Troubleshooting" for common issues and tips. Reach out via our website with any questions or concerns. TWO SOUNDS: Classic two-note "Ding Dong" sound for the front door button, with an additional "Dong" for the rear or side door
